Unfortunately, Marley & Me does not end with a massive party scene involving the twenty-two canines that portrayed the titular character and the Baha Men (crossing my fingers for Firehouse Dog 2), but perhaps it's made the deleted scenes, which you'll be able to check out starting March 31st. Marley & Me will be available as a single disc DVD, 2 DVD Bad Boy Edition with digital copy, and a 3 Disc Bad Boy Edition Blu-ray, which will include the film in high definition, a digital copy disc, and a standard DVD version of the film.
